Job description

Security Patrol is responsible for performing entry-level security duties for both casino locations. Duties include walking the perimeter of the casinos, parking lots and garages, safeguards property assets by observing and reporting suspicious activity, provides superior guest service while interacting with guests and employees, and promotes good employee relations. Performs additional job duties as assigned by the department manager. 

Starting wage is $22.17/hr with an increase to $22.72/hr with successful completion of 90-day orientation period. This full-time position features excellent employer-paid medical, dental, vision and life insurance benefits.

Education:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required

Minimum Requirements:

  • Security and Gaming experience preferred
  • Additional education or related experience may substitute for the minimum requirements.

Competencies:

Candidates must possess strong knowledge of casino policies, fire inspection protocols, surveillance systems, and tribal state compact regulations. They should demonstrate proficiency in problem-solving, radio etiquette, basic report writing, and delivering excellent customer service. Success in this role requires the ability to stay calm under pressure, maintain professionalism in high-stress situations, effectively communicate both verbally and in writing, and handle multiple tasks with precision. Attention to detail, strong observational skills, and the capacity to maintain confidentiality are critical, alongside the ability to manage crowds, conduct inspections, and accurately document incidents.

Physical Requirements:

  • The ability to lift up to 75 pounds

Additional Requirements:
