What You'll Do
We're looking for a Securities Operations Specialist to join our Custody Solutions team. In this role, you'll...
  • Process and reconcile transactions to ensure timely settlement and accurate recordkeeping.
  • Review daily reports to identify discrepancies and maintain service level agreement (SLA) compliance.
  • Answer routine questions from clients to ensure consistent client support.
  • Mitigate operational risks by ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, policies and standard operational procedures.
  • Assist in training, professional development, and assisting with procedural updates.
  • Participate in special projects as required.

Who You Are
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of experience in customer service, operations, financial services or business processing
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic work environment.

Salary Range Information
Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.

$22.20 - $29.09 / hour

The following salary ranges reflect market-specific compensation for this position across multiple job levels. Candidates will be evaluated to determine the appropriate job level based on their skills and experience.
  • Securities Operations Specialist I Job Title: $22.20 - $25.91 / year
  • Securities Operations Specialist II Job Title: $24.85 - $29.09 / year

Time Off Program
Personal Time Off (PTO) is provided to hourly (non-exempt) employees and provides a set amount of accrued time earned each pay period. Employees can use their PTO for vacation, personal or short-term illness.

This role will be based out of our Minneapolis, MN office and offers a hybrid schedule (with at least three days in the office a week).
