Our total compensation package for our staff, on average, exceeds $50,000+ per year, with several staff members earning much more. We believe that because of our culture of sharing, caring, and growing, we see a very low turnover, with many of our staff having been with us for 10+ years.

  • Competitive pay- we start all new recruits with no experience at an hourly rate of $17 per hour with a guaranteed $1 per hour increase after 3 months. Continuous raises come as you grow and become more valuable to our team, with many team members earning $20+ an hour.
  • Up to 4 weeks paid vacation:
  • 1 year = 1 week vacation
  • 2 years = 2 weeks’ vacation
  • 3 years = 3 weeks’ vacation
  • 10 years = 4 weeks’ vacation
