In this candidate-sourcing inside sales role, you will prospect, pitch, and place life sciences and technology professionals into active contract roles with our corporate clients.


More About Our Recruiter-in-Training, 6-Month Paid Program

We invest heavily in your success starting with a 6-month structured career acceleration training program. This program provides a clear pathway from entry-level candidate sourcing to a fully promoted Recruiter:

  • Starting Compensation: $50,000 from Day 1, plus eligibility for performance-based bonuses. Full benefits package including paid vacation, PTO, etc.
  • Post-Training: Recruiters are eligible for a base pay increase plus an uncapped commission structure per individual performance and career progression.


Here’s what you’ll learn:

  • Months 1–3 (Foundation & Sourcing): Master recruitment basics, sourcing strategies, candidate screening, and outbound outreach with 1-on-1 mentorship.
  • Months 4–6 (Advanced Sourcing & Closing): Manage candidate pipelines, lead rate negotiations, strategically market candidates, and coach candidates throughout the submittal and hiring process while building your professional network.
  • Month 6+ (Promotion to Full Recruiter): Step into a full candidate recruiting desk with an above-industry-standard tiered-commission plan and gain full candidate ownership.


Post Training-A day in the life of a Recruiter

  • Source & Prospect: Find and engage talent using modern recruiting strategies and platforms.
  • Outreach & Pitch: Conduct outbound phone calls to screen qualifications and pitch contract opportunities.
