They usually hold at least a bachelor's degree and have completed the necessary teacher preparation programs and certifications required by their state or country. Entry level school teachers are responsible for planning lessons, instructing students, managing classrooms, and assessing student progress, often under the guidance or mentorship of more experienced teachers. They may teach in elementary, middle, or high schools and play a vital role in shaping students’ educational foundations.
