RECEPTIONIST
We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and organized Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and callers. This position is ideal for someone looking to begin or build their career in a clerical/administrative environment.

The Receptionist will provide professional front-office support while assisting with mail, data entry, filing, inventory, and general office tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently when needed.

Responsibilities
  • Welcome and greet visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate staff members and ensure their comfort while waiting.
  • Answer, screen, and route incoming telephone calls.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail from front and back mailboxes.
  • Perform light data entry, filing, and sorting of company packing slips.
  • Create and maintain inventory lists for kitchen, cleaning, and office supplies.
  • Keep kitchen and common areas clean, organized, and properly stocked.
  • Maintain the upstairs coffee bar and owners' coffee bar.
  • Maintain confidentiality of client and company information.
  • Assist with miscellaneous administrative and clerical tasks as needed.
  • Provide general office support to management and staff.
  • Complete routine responsibilities accurately while exercising good judgment when unexpected tasks arise.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
