Entry-level scaffolding workers often face challenges such as adapting to the physical demands of the job, understanding safety protocols, and learning to work efficiently as part of a team. It's common to feel overwhelmed at first by the need to balance speed with precision, especially while handling heavy materials and working at heights. Familiarity with safety harnesses, hand tools, and sometimes OSHA or local scaffolding certifications is typically required.
