Position Overviewย 

We are seeking a Test Operator to support the execution of electrical and environmental tests on satellites and satellite subsystems. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals with a strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn in a highly regulated, technical environment.

Key Responsibilitiesย 

  • Execute basic test procedures under direct supervision
  • Assist in setup and operation of standard test equipment
  • Record and report test data accurately
  • Support basic troubleshooting under guidance
  • Follow ESD, cleanroom, and safety protocols at all times
  • Maintain cleanliness of test areas and equipment

Qualifications

Education:

High school diploma or GED required

Experience:ย 

A minimum of 0-1 year of relevant experience or recent technical/vocational training

Preferred Qualificationsย 

  • Basic understanding of electronics or test equipment
  • Familiarity with cleanroom procedures and safety protocols
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing or testing environment
