Job description

Candidate,, Arrow Funds is seeking candidates who want to pursue a sales career in the financial services industry. The role is tasked with discussing and positioning investment strategies offered by Arrow to financial intermediaries.


Primary Responsibilities


The Sales representative will initially start by generating meetings and will progress with success to develop new business and support current relationships in the financial intermediary market through leads and call campaigns with Financial Advisors and Brokers. After the initial trial period, the candidate will be hired to help distribute Arrow Funds. At that point, the candidate will work on a team supporting regional sales efforts by assisting in achieving territory sales goals.


Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of asset allocation strategies and equity strategies or experience with the sales of other financial products - Mutual Funds, Fund of Funds, ETFs, Separately Managed Accounts, Variable Annuities
  • Understanding of how investment product manufacturers (e.g., Mutual Funds, Exchange Traded Funds) interact with distributors (e.g., Broker-Dealers, RIAs)
  • Awareness of Arrow Funds products. (www.arrowfunds.com).
  • Strong presentation, communication, and organization skills
