What You’ll Do
As an Entry-Level Sales Representative, you will:

  • Engage with customers in-store to promote products and services

  • Clearly present Alpha’s client offerings and explain benefits

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers

  • Consistently meet or exceed sales and performance goals

  • Collaborate with team members and managers to improve results

  • Track customer interactions and update records accurately

What We’re Looking For (Essential Qualifications)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Willingness to learn and accept coaching

  • Reliable and self-motivated

  • Ability to work Thursday through Monday (with Tuesday & Wednesday off)
