Job description

We are growing our Lancaster team and are looking for two outgoing, motivated Entry Level Marketing and Sales Assistants who wants hands-on experience in marketing, sales, customer service, promotions, and business development. No previous marketing or sales experience is required. We provide hands-on training, ongoing coaching, and support designed to help you develop strong communication, customer engagement, sales, and leadership skills.


This is an on-site, customer centered position in Lancaster where you will work alongside an experienced team supporting local marketing and sales campaigns, interacting with customers, representing client brands, and helping create positive customer experiences. If you enjoy meeting new people, working as part of a team, and learning skills that can help you grow professionally, this could be a great place to start.


Entry Level Marketing and Sales Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Support daily marketing, sales, and customer outreach campaigns
  • Speak with customers face-to-face in a professional and approachable manner
  • Introduce customers to products, services, promotions, and client offerings
  • Answer questions and help customers find solutions that fit their needs
  • Assist with customer acquisition and brand awareness initiatives
  • Build positive relationships with customers, clients, and team members
