Ferguson Insurance is looking to expand our winning team in Oak Park, Michigan. We are willing to train the right individual.

This opportunity is not an employment opportunity directly with AAA-The auto club group but rather employment with the Ferguson Insurance Agency who is an independent contractor that has been serving the surrounding communities since 2014.  

We are seeking a passionate, self-driven, natural born salesperson with a desire to make a difference in people lives. As an Authorized Agent, you will be part of a team that is helping to grow the revenue of the office by offering products that people need for their security and peace of mind. Our newest authorized agent will pursue and respond to the request and needs of new prospects and current clients who need insurance. As an authorized agent, you will be trained to serve as a consultant for families, evaluating needs and recommending the most appropriate means of meeting those needs. You will be challenged to drive new business with competitive products and help retain AAA members.

        Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service .
  • Seek out and generate new business based with leads provided
  • Meet new business production goals and objectives established 
  • Outbound calls to potential leads that are provided 
  • Actively solicit new business inside the office  and business.
  • Cross sell and provide assistance to all customers when needed 
  • Be well organized and experience utilizing different programs CRS   

      Requirements

  •  Hold an active  Property and Casualty license or willing to obtain one.
  • Interested in a sales career, sales experience preferred.
  • Posses an upbeat, positive , and enthusiastic attitude  
  • An ability to develop positive relationships with new and and established customers .
  • Excellent communication skills ,both written and verbal
  • Confident ,motivated individual who works well independently. 
  • Identify  and qualify sales leads generated from various sources.
