Job description

Your Contribution
As MAHLE's Safety & Security Coordinator, you will coordinate training, compliance, and safety programs by managing training records, reporting, budgets, OSHA-required training, and EHS training initiatives. You will also be responsible to ensure compliance with ISO 14001/45001 standards and oversees contract security operations.
  • Administration of Monthly Training reports for both local Human Resources department as well as Corporate Reporting requirements i.e. Training Budget, Training Attendance, and Compliance Matrix data
  • Yearly needs analysis process and planning Annual Review of EHS Training Matrix
  • Management of Success Factors training database/records
  • Coordination, management and facilitation of OSHA required training
  • Budgeting and maintaining budget for yearly training needs
  • Maintenance of training records in the training database
  • Development and facilitation of compliance & company training programs driven by required compliance and business certifications
  • Compliance with ISO 140001/45001Training records requirements
  • Oversee contract Security group

Your Experience & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university with 2+ years' related experience; or 10+ years' direct experience in an automotive manufacturing environment.
  • General knowledge of OSHA regulations, ability or willingness to obtain OSHA outreach trainer certification
  • Understanding of OSHA compliance training needs i.e. Lock out / Tag Out, Confined space, Powered Industrial Vehicles, etc.
  • Experience in automotive component manufacturing, assembly and logistics is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS office applications (Excel, Word, Power Point, Project) emphasis on Excel & PowerPoint
  • Ability to motivate self and work as an individual
