Mission Critical Construction Manager (MEP) - Entry Level (GRAD)

Our Digital Infrastructure Group has been at the forefront of creating a new generation of communication infrastructure for over 40 years. We specialize in everything from network development to complete telecom life cycle solutions, datacenter retrofits and modernization, to full datacenter buildouts. While these critical environments are ever changing, the demand for innovative technology and long-term support remains constant. These services include design, construction, updates, and maintenance of new and existing datacenter facilities.

Position Summary

Our graduate hire positions are for those who have recently graduated and are looking to launch their career. Regional programs and opportunities are available in a variety of fields. There's a good chance we have an opportunity that's just right for you.
The selected candidate will be assigned to one of our functional groups in an Entry Level Construction Management position and asked to assist in estimating, cost control, forecasting, trend analysis, change order control, risk assessment and management, forensic schedule analysis, earned value management, progress measurement/reporting, productivity analysis and calculation, subcontractor management, schedule development, progress reporting, vendor management, field engineering, site safety and overall product quality.
Join the team in ourVirginiaproject office where you will be assisting the group with engineering and constructing the expansion/construction of a data center.


Only local candidates will be considered.

  • Construction management, electrical, mechanical, or technical certification required (graduated in 2023 or after) in a 2- to 4-year program

  • Must be available to work onsite (No VA - Dulles airport area) and arrive by 6:00am EST. Targeted work hours are 6:00 - 4pm EST, Mon-Fri.

  • Computer literate and proficient with Word and Excel required

  • Valid driver's license

  • Ability to travel as needed

  • Local candidates only (no relocation assistance available)

  • Must be able maintain efficiency and productivity in a fast-paced work environment and effectively communicate with other project members as required

  • Must be eligible to work for any US Employer without current or future visa sponsorship
