The Roof Inspector's main role is customer acquisitions by identifying exterior storm damage on homes and businesses, conducting a comprehensive roof inspection, and explaining how the insurance claims process works before funding and completing construction. Our team is cut out to make a difference in the lives of our clients & aide them in restoring their #1 asset: their home!

Roof Inspector Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting new clients & acquiring new leads via a targeted, strategic door-to-door approach for both residental and commercial properties
  • Complete basic roof inspection identifying damage, discuss policy coverage, and submit roof claims for review
  • Focus on sales & customer acquisition while our expert team handles all project management & construction details, and our in-house licensed adjusters handle all insurance claims to keep you focused on our clients
  • Maintain a working knowledge and educate our clients on roof damage caused by wind, hail, and water, & appropriately recommending our services to our clients based off of their needs.
  • Introduce & build value in energy, HVAC, and restoration solutions to customers based on your assessment of their needs
  • Build & maintain strong relationships with clients & prospects through pipeline management with text and email campaigns along with in-home consultations
  • Curating the ability to work well both independently & in a team role.
