Responsibilities:
  • Utilize industry-leading RPA platform such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, etc. to build and deploy efficient and scalable RPA solutions
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams and other cross-functional stakeholders to capture all business requirements and then translate those requirements into technical designs and solutions
  • Design, develop, test, document, and deploy RPA solutions
    • Includes but is not limited to managing credentials, queuing, logging, information storage, exception management, and scheduling
  • Minimize automation downtime through monitoring and maintenance
  • Build new processes/objects or enhance existing ones
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and data security standards
  • Stay up to date on emerging technologies and industry trends, such as incorporating APIs, Optical Character Recognition, Machine Learning, etc.

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in RPA tools and automation platforms like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, etc.
  • Proficiency with other programming languages such as Python, C#, JavaScript, etc.

Experience:
  • Required experience:
    • Knowledge of automation infrastructure, configuration, and workflow-based logic
    • Executing ETL functions between operational systems
    • Certification in one or more RPA platform (e.g., UiPath Certified RPA Developer)
      • Within 6 months of employment
  • Preferred experience:
    • Healthcare revenue cycle processes and terminology
    • Experience creating and using APIs
    • Using analytical tools such as SQL, Power BI, etc.
    • Knowledge of EHR systems and workflows
