Registered Nurse - Acute Care Full-Time

Position Overview:
We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Acute Care Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this essential role, you will provide exceptional care to patients facing critical, acute, or urgent health conditions. You will collaborate closely with a team of physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals in a fast-paced environment to ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care.
Responsibilities:
  • Deliver direct nursing care to patients in acute settings, such as the ICU, ER, Med-Surg, and other critical care areas.
  • Perform thorough assessments, monitor patient status, and maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record (EHR).
  • Administer prescribed medications, therapies, and interventions as part of individualized care plans.
  • Provide care for patients with complex medical conditions, including trauma, multi-organ failure, or post-surgical recovery.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement personalized care strategies.
  • Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment options, and recovery plans to promote well-being.
Qualifications:
  • Active and current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Current certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
  • Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
