Job Details – Travel Nursing / Registered Nurse

• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1910 - $2010
• Location: Cleveland, Ohio (University Circle) – 44106 (Cleveland nursing jobs, Ohio travel nursing)
• Setting: 30-bed medical/surgical telemetry unit (med/surg tele) specializing in solid organ transplant and bariatric surgery
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks (Start: 6/29/2026 – End: 9/27/2026)
• Shift: 12-hour nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) – Night shift Travel Nurse (Telemetry RN)
• Hours per Week: 36
• Employment Type: Travel (Travel Nurse, Registered Nurse)
• Number of Positions: 4

Job Requirements – RN Qualifications

• Active RN license (Medical/Surgical)
• Minimum 1 year of recent Med/Surg Tele experience (telemetry / medical-surgical nursing)
• Solid organ transplant and bariatric surgery experience preferred (kidney, liver, pancreas experience helpful)
• Required onboarding credentials: MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, Tdap, Fit Test, Physical/Health Statement, Ohio Fingerprints, Education & Employment Verification, Skills Checklist, Driver's License/State ID, Criminal Background Check, Drug Screen, Module Completion Certificate
• Ability to work every other weekend (EOW) and every other holiday (EOH)

Responsibilities – Clinical & Telemetry Nursing Duties

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to pre-op and post-op solid organ transplant patients (kidney, liver, pancreas), post-op bariatric surgery patients, and general med/surg patients
• Perform continuous and intermittent telemetry monitoring and respond to cardiac/clinical changes as a Telemetry RN
• Care for patients in step-down (SDU) beds as needed and manage transitions of care
• Perform intermittent charge nurse duties (charge training/shadowing provided) and support unit workflow
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including surgeons, transplant coordinators, and allied health professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, adhere to patient safety standards, and follow hospital policies and procedures
