Job Description
We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Medical-Surgical / Telemetry Unit. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced environment and must be adept at providing care to a diverse patient population, ranging from young adults to geriatrics. The role involves monitoring patients with a broad range of care needs.
Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care in a medical-surgical and telemetry setting.
  • Monitor and assess patient conditions, vital signs, and establish care plans.
  • Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Educate patients and families on health management and care practices.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
  • Registered Nurse with a valid state or compact nursing license.
  • Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a medical-surgical or telemetry unit.
  • Current certifications: BLS and NIHSS.
  • Experience with Epic charting system is required.
  • Travel experience is preferred.
