We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to support and oversee high-quality in-home patient care. This role is responsible for clinical oversight, quality assurance, patient and caregiver satisfaction, and effective coordination of care across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize effective problem-solving and clinical decision-making skills to identify issues, determine root causes, develop solutions, and evaluate outcomes

  • Ability to assess patient data and identify appropriate care needs based on age and diagnosis
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
