Registered Nurse (RN) – Med Surg Cardiac/Renal

Status: Full-Time

Shifts: 12‑hour shifts

Hours: 48 hours per pay period

Shift Options Include:

  • Night: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM

Weekends: every other weekend

Holidays: Scheduled in accordance with the CBA

What You’ll Do

As a Registered Nurse (RN) , you will:

  • Deliver holistic, patient-centered care by assessing health data, creating individualized care plans, and evaluating outcomes.

  • Collaborate with patients, families, and an interdisciplinary team to provide evidence-based, personalized care.

  • Support all aspects of the patient experience, making a meaningful impact on every patient’s journey.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.

  • Current Michigan RN license .

  • ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required .

  • Commitment to Trinity Health’s mission, vision, and values.

Continuing Employment Requirements

  • Familiarity with hospital and department policies and procedures, including accepted methods for requisitioning ancillary services and working with medical staff. (Typically acquired during 1–3 months of orientation.)

  • Maintain current nursing knowledge, BLS certification, and required CEUs for licensure.

  • Demonstrate and articulate commitment to the philosophy, values, mission, and vision of Trinity Health Muskegon.
