Associates in Medicine & Surgery LLC is seeking an experienced and motivated Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) to join our expanding Internal Medicine & Family Practice team in Southwest Florida. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who thrives in a fast-paced outpatient setting, values clinical autonomy, and is passionate about delivering high-quality, comprehensive patient care.
What You'll Do
Provide comprehensive primary care across the lifespan Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions Conduct annual wellness visits and preventive care Develop and manage treatment plans and medication therapies Order and interpret labs and diagnostic tests Manage chronic care programs (CCM) Accurately document patient encounters in the EMR Collaborate with physicians and care teams to ensure continuity of care Participate in a shared weekend call rotation
What We're Looking For
Active Florida ARNP license (or ability to obtain) Board Certification as FNP or Adult-Gerontology NP 2+ years of experience in Internal Medicine and/or Family Practice Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills Excellent communication and patient care skills EMR experience required (eClinicalWorks is a plus)
Location This role supports our network of clinics across Southwest Florida. Specific clinic assignment will be determined based on availability and mutual fit during the hiring process.
