We're seeking aRegistered Nurse (RN) - Clinical Managerto oversee clinical operations and patient care services in our home health division. This is your opportunity to lead with compassion, drive excellence, and be part of a team that treats each other like family.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide daily clinical oversight of patient care services.
  • Coordinate referrals and admissions with internal and external sources.
  • Evaluate patient needs and agency capabilities before admission.
  • Supervise care planning, partner assignments, and care delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and agency policies.
  • Mentor and coach clinical staff to promote morale and retention.
