Collision Estimator (Entry-Level – We Train You)

UNIBODY Autotech Collision – Honolulu, HI
Full-Time | $20–$25/hr | Career Growth Opportunity

Looking to break into a high-income, high-demand career in the automotive industry?

UNIBODY Autotech Collision — Hawaii’s premier EV-certified collision repair center — is hiring a Collision Estimator Trainee. If you’re sharp, motivated, and great with people, we’ll teach you everything from the ground up.

This is your chance to learn a 6-figure career skill in estimating, insurance negotiations, and advanced vehicle repair planning.

What You’ll Learn & Do:

  • Write repair estimates using CCC ONE software (we train)
  • Learn how to read vehicle damage and build repair plans
  • Communicate with insurance companies to get approvals
  • Assist customers through the repair process (customer service + sales)
  • Understand OEM repair procedures (Tesla, Rivian, etc.)
  • Identify additional damage and write supplements
  • Track repairs from drop-off to delivery

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong communication skills (you’ll talk to customers + insurance daily)
  • Coachable, fast learner with a winning attitude
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Comfortable with computers and technology
  • Sales mindset (this role earns based on performance long-term)
  • Automotive interest is a plus (not required)
