Job Description

CEDA is currently seeking a entry level Labourer for our Lloydminster location for a Well Pad Decommissioning Program with our Client. 

We are seeking skilled and safety-focused personnel to support a Well Pad Decommissioning Program. The scope of work includes the safe decommissioning, dismantling, and reclamation of well pad facilities, ensuring all activities are completed in compliance with regulatory requirements, environmental standards, and client safety procedures.

Successful candidates will work as part of a collaborative team responsible for equipment removal, facility demolition, site remediation support, and overall project execution. A strong commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and operational excellence is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist pipefitter with maintenance and repairs
  • Carry tools, materials, and equipment to job sites
  • Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and work areas
  • Follow safety procedures and site regulations
  • Perform general labour duties as required

Requirements:

  • No previous experience required – training provided on the job
  • Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Punctual, reliable, and willing to learn
  • Comfortable working in construction or industrial environments
  • Basic mechanical aptitude is an asset
  • Valid Class 5 driver’s license (NO GDL) with a clean 5 year abstract
  • Safety tickets:  CSO or CSTS2020 and H2S Alive required – (Confined Space, Fall Protection) are an asset.
