Responsibilities
โข Collect and organize each client's financial information using a CRM to determine financial status, financial goals, cash flow, and financial expectations.
โข Employ a research-based approach to providing financial advice and strategies based on educational meetings and/or seminars centered on client risk tolerance and financial goals.
โข Help clients implement financial recommendations such as life insurance, savings plans, mutual funds, and other financial products.
โข Create customized financial plans using the products and services we offer based on each client's potential life and financial needs.
โข Implement social media and other marketing tools to identify, seek, and generate prospects with whom you can foster strong, long-term relationships as a reliable financial service professional.
โข Support clients' progress toward their financial goals through strategic product, plan, and investment recommendations
โข Look for, identify, and secure new clients to serve as a trusted advisor for crucial financial decisions
โข Create customized financial plans for each client based on his or her life stage, professional circumstances, and fluctuating financial needs
โข Gather and assess each client's financial information to accurately determine factors including financial status, cash flow, monetary expectations, financial goals, retirement plans, and additional factors related to wealth management
โข Be a coachable, organized team member interested in pursuing training development and educational opportunities
Qualifications
โข Ability to communicate complicated concepts and maintain strong principles such as honesty and integrity.
โข Strong relationship management skills and/or experience.
โข Ability to successfully network to prospect new potential clients.
โข Fluency in Spanish, Vietnamese, and/or Chinese is preferred but not required.
โข Ability to work at our office at least three days per week.
โข Stellar communication and math skills complemented by a proven track record of building strong client relationships with existing and prospective customers
โข Baseline knowledge about financial industry concepts, financial products, and the role of a financial advisor is desired
โข Up-to-date FINRA Series 7 & 63/66 documents are a bonus
โข Requires a Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or other related field
โข Basic knowledge of computer programs including Microsoft Office, financial planning software, Google Suite, CRM systems, and related programs is needed
