Our Client, a Global Financial Services Firm is seeking an Entry Level Analyst in there Andover, MA location!


Responsibilites:

  • Coordinate and conduct tax document examinations, including IRS Forms W-8 and W-9 and CRS self-certifications, ensuring completeness and accuracy in accordance with operational standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Act as the client relationship lead for due diligence processes related to account onboarding, form solicitations, and account remediation efforts.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing day-to-day account review processes and urgent escalations in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on client and team inquiries regarding applicable statutes, tax authority guidance, industry practices, and best practices.
  • Address tax compliance and remediation requests with clients and/or account holders in accordance with IRS regulations and Outsourcing protocols to help eliminate audit exposure.
  • Assist clients with withholding rate calculations and verification of tax treaty benefits prior to distributions and payment events.
  • Monitor legislative and regulatory developments impacting withholding and reporting requirements.
  • Address client inquiries regarding Tax Solutions software and tax form validation logic.
  • Participate in client status meetings to discuss validation progress and processing questions.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work quickly, efficiently, and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comply with all company policies, including data protection and confidentiality requirements.
  • Successfully complete any required drug testing and background checks in accordance with company policy or client requirements.

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 0–1 years of experience
  • Experience or education in customer service and financial data operations
  • Tax internship or prior tax experience is a strong plus
