Job Summary

Responsible for providing administrative, documentation, and coordination support to the Risk & Compliance function. The role supports compliance operations by ensuring accurate records, timely processing, and escalation of issues that could create regulatory or operational risk. This is a first-line support role with responsibility for execution and escalation, not policy setting or risk ownership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Compliance documentation support: Prepare, organize, and maintain accurate compliance-related records, reports, and spreadsheets.
  • Administrative support to Risk & Compliance initiatives, including document preparation, tracking, and version control.
  • Identify documentation errors, inconsistencies, or gaps and escalate issues to Risk & Compliance leadership.
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and administrative tasks supporting compliance activities.

Qualifications

Skills:

  • Strong organization skills. 
  • Good customer service skills 
  • Strong communication skills. 
  • Microsoft office suite: word, excel, ppt, outlooks, etc.

Education & Experience:

  • Clerical skills. 
  • Could be entry level position out of College with career path into sales or sales operations support (3D Lift Plans, Permitting, Finance & Reporting, Etc.) 
  • Valid Florida Driver’s License.  
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. 
  • Must be able to read, speak, and understand English.
