Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
• Co-assigned preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance repairs requiring knowledge with basic plumbing, drywall patching, painting, flooring, electrical, instrumentation, HVAC and other equipment, systems or structures.
• Independently executes multi-trade maintenance supporting asset reliability.
• Ensure repairs and maintenance to all equipment and facilities including but not limited to replacing faucets, unclogging drains, simple fixture installations (patching drywall, small touch-up painting, replacing sections of flooring such as tile).
• Assist with roof repairs (small leaks), minor general repairs (door adjustments, tightening fixtures, clearing drains), ability to work safely from lift as needed.
• Respond to spills and other emergency situations, performing janitorial and maintenance tasks as necessary.
• Troubleshoots plumbing and facility issues, medium projects, and provides task guidance.
Qualifications
Required:
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• No experience required and on the job training provided
• No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
Preferred:
• 1-3 years of similar work experience
