Question from HM: Can you ask the candidates if they have any direct experience designing and or testing power amplifiers above 20W? 
 
Role Overview:
We are seeking a senior-level RF engineer to support the design and development of  RF products. The ideal candidate is well-rounded, capable of handling the full RF spectrum from low-noise amplifiers to transceivers and power amplifiers.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Design, simulate, and test RF circuits including low-noise amplifiers, transceivers, and power amplifiers.
Work across a broad frequency range: 100 MHz – 16 GHz, with power levels from 5W – 250W.
 
Collaborate with the engineering team on full product line projects, from design to manufacturing.
 
Utilize tools including Microwave Office, PADS, SolidWorks, and Spectrum Analyzers.
 
Ensure designs meet performance, reliability, and manufacturability requirements.
 
Qualifications:
-Senior-level RF engineering experience in aerospace/defense or related fields.
 
-Strong background in low-noise and power amplifier design (power amp experience is highly preferred).
 
-Experience with transceivers and broad RF system design.
 
-Hands-on experience with Microwave Office, PADS, SolidWorks, Spectrum Analyzers, or equivalent tools.
 
-Strong problem-solving skills, independent contributor, and team-oriented.
