Doyle Security Services, Inc. (DSS) is a premium regional security provider seeking a ARMED SHIFT SUPERVISOR for a corporate location in the Philadelphia area. Must be a retired law enforcement officer.
Salary: $30.00 per hour

Primary Job Responsibilities:
The following listing of primary job responsibilities indicates the general nature and level of work required in this job. This is not designed to be a comprehensive listing of all the activities, duties, or responsibilities that may be required in this job. Individuals assigned to this job may be asked to perform other duties as required.
  • Respond to calls and emails for any on-site issues or emergencies in a timely matter.
  • Cover all open posts and hold post for any openings on site and maintaining overtime.
  • Review and approve or deny all time off requests.
  • Review and maintain payroll for all employees.
  • Responsible for the proper execution of assigned duties.
  • Trains and retrains new and existing officers.
  • Assisting staff in handling incidents, medical and turnover for KPI.
  • Monitor Closed Circuit Televisions and alarm systems to ensure all equipment is in proper working order.
  • Order and maintain uniforms for security staff.
  • Supervisors are responsible for ensuring the staff is always wearing their uniforms properly while on duty.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • At least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Act 235 Certificate REQUIRED
  • Retired Law Enforcement Officer REQUIRED
  • Must be physically able to perform the tasks required by the position
  • Ability to deescalate situations
  • Great customer services skills
