Big Two Toyota is looking for motivated Entry-Level Customer Service Representatives to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, working in a fast-paced environment, and wants to build a long-term career in one of the Valley’s premier Dealerships.

We will provide training for the right professionally-minded candidates — a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn are the most important qualifications. Responsibilies


●      Greet and assist guests in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner

●      Help guests understand recommended services and maintenance needs

●      Work closely with technicians and service department staff

●      Create repair orders and communicate service updates to guests

●      Schedule appointments and help maintain an organized workflow

●      Follow up with guests after service visits to ensure satisfaction

●      Assist in resolving guest concerns with professionalism
