About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll work directly with customers in our branch, processing loan applications from start to finish. You'll be the person who makes a sometimes-stressful process feel simple and human, walking customers through the process, answering questions, and making sure every visit is a good one. This is a hands-on, people-facing role with real room to advance.
What You'll Do
  • Greet customers and guide them through the loan application process in person
  • Collect, review, and process required documentation accurately
  • Explain loan terms and answer customer questions clearly and honestly
  • Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
  • Maintain customer files and follow all compliance procedures
  • Build relationships that keep customers coming back

What We're Looking For
Required:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Comfort with basic computer use and data entry
  • Ability to accurately handle cash and financial transactions
  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
