Position Overview

Manifest Health is seeking a high-energy, proactive Business Development Representative to aggressively open new doors and establish high-value leads. This role is the engine of our growth, responsible for initiating first touch communication, breaking into new accounts, and driving the top-of-funnel activity necessary for long-term revenue. The ideal candidate is a "hunter" who is commercially minded someone who thrives on the challenge of cold outreach and has the persistence to turn a "maybe" into a qualified lead. Healthcare or market research experience a plus, in office role located in Princeton, NJ.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Engagement & Lead Generation

  • High-Volume Outreach: Conduct relentless outreach via phone and email to stay top-of-mind with prospective leads.
  • Cold Calling: Initiate conversations with stakeholders to introduce Manifest Health's capabilities and spark immediate interest.
  • Structured Cadence: Maintain a disciplined, daily communication cadence to ensure consistent touchpoints with new prospects.
  • Past Client Reactivation: Reach back out to dormant or past accounts to re-engage them and convert them into active leads.

Account Opening & Revenue Growth

  • Targeted Prospecting: Identify and research new prospective clients to build a robust pipeline of opportunities.
  • Identifying Opportunities: Uncover client challenges and goals to align them with Manifest Health's service offerings.
  • Driving New Revenue: Focus on opening accounts that lead to recurring revenue and long-term partnership growth.

Account Strategy & Management

  • CRM Discipline: Track every call, email, in person visit and interaction meticulously within HubSpot.
  • Pipeline Activity: Monitor the health of your prospecting funnel and proactively address gaps in engagement.
  • Growth Planning: Develop strategy plans for key target accounts to penetrate different departments and stakeholders.

Collaboration & Feedback

  • Internal Alignment: Partner with marketing and operations to refine outbound messaging based on live feedback from the field.
  • Insights: Provide the team with insights into market trends and prospect objections to help improve our overall sales process.

Qualifications

  • Entry Level to 2 Years of experience in sales, lead generation, or a high-volume outbound role.
