THIS IS A REMOTE ROLE! APPLICANTS MUST RESIDE WITHIN A REASONABLE DRIVING DISTANCE OF WILDWOOD, NJ

No prior sales experience is necessary for this role! The Oceanside Realty Team at Keller Williams is looking for a motivated Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to turn conversations into opportunities by building relationships, qualifying leads, and setting appointments for our growing real estate team.

If you're driven, coachable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'll provide the training, support, and systems to help you succeed.

What You'll Get:

Occasional in-office presence is required, so candidates must be within reasonable driving distance of Wildwood, NJ. We can only consider applicants who are authorized to work in the US without

Compensation:

$80,000+ Expected First-Year Earnings


Responsibilities:
