• Conduct comprehensive assessments to gather in-depth insights into clients' mental health issues, create appropriate clinical diagnoses, and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based practices, adapted to meet the distinct needs and goals of each client.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention to clients facing acute mental health emergencies, utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques to stabilize and support them.
• Maintain detailed and secure client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment outcomes, in strict adherence to ethical guidelines and legal standards.
• Work closely with interdisciplinary teams comprising psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers to coordinate and enhance client care.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health topics, available treatment options, and community resources, advocating for their rights and best interests.

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) is required.
