• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns, provide accurate clinical diagnoses, and create personalized treatment plans.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities that align with the specific needs and therapeutic goals of each client.
• Implement crisis interventions for clients facing acute challenges, providing timely support and resources during critical situations.
• Maintain precise and confidential client records, including documentation of treatment plans, progress updates, and assessment results, while adhering to ethical and legal standards.
• Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care for every client.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health topics, treatment options, and community resources, while advocating for their rights and needs.

As a therapist, you will work with a diverse client base that includes individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. • Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) is required.

Public Health Counseling Services offers a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a sign-on bonus to welcome you to our team.
