• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' mental health challenges, utilizing a strengths-based approach to formulate clinical diagnoses and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide engaging and effective individual, couple, family, or group therapy sessions through evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), tailored to meet clients' unique needs and goals.
• Offer timely crisis intervention and support for clients coping with acute mental health issues, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
• Document client progress diligently by maintaining accurate and confidential records, including detailed treatment plans and progress notes, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, social workers, and additional health care professionals to deliver holistic care that addresses both mental and physical health needs.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health topics and available community resources, acting as an advocate for their rights and needs in various situations.
• Commit to ongoing professional development by participating in training, workshops, and other educational opportunities to stay abreast of the latest advancements in mental health therapy.

In this role, you will work with a diverse group of clients from various backgrounds, addressing a wide range of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. The position places a strong emphasis on culturally competent care, ensuring that each client feels understood and supported within their unique context.

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist, such as LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW, is required.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is essential.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills are critical to ensuring effective client evaluations and treatment planning.
• At least two years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a collaborative team.
• A commitment to upholding the highest ethical and professional standards within practice.

• Previous experience in a clinical mental health setting is preferred, but we welcome applications from candidates with strong foundational skills for entry-level positions.

The compensation for this role ranges from $85,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
