Responsibilities

Sales & Production

Write 10-20 term life insurance policies per month

Work agency-provided leads and referrals to generate new business

Educate clients on term life insurance options and coverage needs

Build and maintain referral sources through networking, social media, and relationship-building

Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain accurate notes in agency systems

Engage on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to increase brand presence and generate referral opportunities

Understand client needs and recommend appropriate life insurance products

Client Relationship Management

Maintain detailed and accurate client records in the agency CRM

Provide responsive, professional communication throughout the sales process

Conduct policy reviews and identify opportunities for future coverage needs


Requirements

Active Life Insurance License required

Entry-level to 2 years of experience in life insurance sales

Comfortable writing 10-20 term life policies per month

Strong customer service and relationship-building skills

Self-motivated, coachable, and comfortable in a goal-oriented environment

Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills

Comfortable working independently

Comfortable with agency management systems and technology

Ability to engage in social media marketing and networking efforts
