Job description

Globe Life partners with labor unions, credit unions, and associations across Canada to deliver permanent benefit solutions to working families. We are hiring a Customer Care and Sales Support Representative who will confidently explain benefit programs and help clients understand what they qualify for. The ideal candidate is driven, adaptable, and eager to grow in a performance-based environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients via phone and Zoom.
  • Explain permanent benefits clearly and accurately.
  • Guide clients through enrollment and benefit understanding.
  • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet performance goals.

Requirements:

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States/Canada.
  • 1+ years of sales is an asset, admin, or client-facing experience preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable using Zoom, Google Workspace, and digital tools.
  • Organized, reliable, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
