Key Responsibilities

In this position, you will engage in a variety of clinical responsibilities, including:

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse array of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, presenting with various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Your role will directly influence their treatment journeys, helping them establish goals, develop coping strategies, and improve their overall quality of life.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • A valid Licensure as an Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.
  • At least 2 years of clinical experience with a strong focus on providing psychotherapy services to clients.
  • Proficiency in implementing solution-focused psychotherapy interventions and techniques.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating trust and rapport with clients.
