In this position, you will engage in a variety of clinical responsibilities, including:

• Conducting in-depth clinical assessments and creating tailored treatment plans using evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions.
• Administering therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other approaches aligned with the unique needs of your clients.
• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation in adherence to HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality and care continuity.
• Collaborating closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to facilitate a holistic treatment approach for clients.
• Participating in regular peer consultations and case reviews to improve treatment strategies and share insights with colleagues.
• Providing education and guidance to patients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources available for additional support.
• Staying informed on the latest research and developments in mental health to enrich your clinical practice and enhance treatment efficacy.

You will work with a diverse array of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, presenting with various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Your role will directly influence their treatment journeys, helping them establish goals, develop coping strategies, and improve their overall quality of life.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid Licensure as an Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience with a strong focus on providing psychotherapy services to clients.
• Proficiency in implementing solution-focused psychotherapy interventions and techniques.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating trust and rapport with clients.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to adapt therapeutic approaches based on client feedback.

• Demonstrated experience working with specific populations (e.g., children or trauma survivors) is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual therapy methodologies is an advantage.

• Annual salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience.
