• Conduct detailed evaluations and assessments to thoroughly understand clients' mental health concerns, formulate accurate clinical diagnoses, and collaboratively establish individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities that best align with each client’s unique goals and needs.
• Provide timely crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring that they receive the necessary guidance and care.
• Maintain comprehensive, accurate, and confidential client records including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, adhering to all ethical and legal standards to ensure privacy and security.
• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals—including psychiatrists, social workers, and other therapists—to facilitate holistic care for clients.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health concerns and resources, providing informed advocacy for their needs and preferences.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, trainings, and relevant educational opportunities to stay current with the latest best practices in mental health care.

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Inner Wisdom, you will engage with a diverse clientele that may include various age groups, cultural backgrounds, and socio-economic statuses. You will focus on helping clients navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more, tailoring your approach to support their individual therapeutic journeys. Your work will directly impact the resilience and well-being of clients, contributing to their overall mental health and quality of life.

• A valid mental health therapy license (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) is required.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field.
• Strong skills in clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• A minimum of two years of relevant therapy experience is essential.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Capability to operate both independently and collaboratively as part of a cohesive team focused on patient care.
• A strong commitment to adhering to the highest professional and ethical standards in mental health practice.

• Experience in a clinical setting is preferred, although entry-level candidates may also be considered based on their educational background.
• Familiarity with various evidence-based therapeutic modalities and a demonstrated ability to apply them effectively in practice.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $85,000 to $100,000, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
