Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth assessments for clients to understand their mental health issues, articulate clinical diagnoses, and create individualized treatment plans using appropriate methodologies.
  • Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, employing evidence-based practices that align with the specific needs and therapeutic goals of each client.
  • Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients undergoing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring timely support and appropriate referrals as necessary.
  • Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, encompassing treatment plans, session notes, and assessment findings, adhering to ethical and legal guidelines.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
