The Futuristic Wellness Sanctuary is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) to join our team in a full-time capacity. This role entails providing critical therapy services to clients seeking mental health support in a remote setting while also contributing to an innovative and collaborative atmosphere that prioritizes professional growth and patient healing.

  • Perform thorough assessments and develop client-centered treatment plans that align with evidence-based practices.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate client records, including clinical notes and treatment progress, in compliance with organizational policies and ethical standards.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create comprehensive care plans, ensuring that each client's treatment is coordinated and holistic.
  • Implement crisis intervention strategies to address acute emotional and behavioral issues, providing stabilization and support as necessary.
  • Engage and consult with families and support systems regarding treatment options, discharge plans, and ongoing support for clients.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The clients served by Futuristic Wellness Sanctuary represent a diverse population, encompassing individuals struggling with a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Current active licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or an equivalent credential approved for practice in Washington State.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in an outpatient mental health setting, demonstrating a robust understanding of therapeutic practices and client engagement.
  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with electronic medical records (EMR), word processing software, and communication platforms.
  • Strong self-management skills with the ability to work independently while remaining highly organized.
Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, experience with teletherapy practices and familiarity with various treatment modalities (including cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and trauma-informed care approaches) would be advantageous.
