Project Coordinator โ€“ Home Remodeling

Presidential Exteriors โ€” Fairfax, VA (potential remote flexibility available)

About the Role

Presidential Exteriors is a growing home exterior remodeling company, and we're looking for a Project Coordinator who thrives on keeping the moving pieces in sync. In this role, you'll own projects from the point of sale through completionโ€”defining scope, managing margins, sourcing materials, and coordinating the crews who bring each job to life. If you're organized, proactive, and energized by getting things done right and on time, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do
  • Partner with project managers to deliver remodeling projects on time while protecting profitable margins
  • Analyze job margins, purchase materials, and schedule and coordinate install crews
  • Review and define the scope and goals of residential remodeling projects after the point of sale
  • Monitor project progress and deliverables from kickoff through completion
  • Serve as the communication hub between project teams, crew members, and customers
  • Maintain accurate, well-organized project documentation
What You Bring

Required

  • Proven experience in project coordination or a similar role
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects at once
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with project management software and the Microsoft Office suite
  • A detail-oriented, deadline-driven mindset
