You must reside in the Reno, NV metro area to be considered for this remote sales career opportunity. A day in the life In this role, you'll work closely with CVRx Territory Managers (TMs) to master the use of CVRx technology and its life-changing therapeutic applications. As an Associate Territory Manager (ATM), you'll play a key role in driving market development, providing technical case support, and contributing to revenue growth within your assigned territory.

This position is the perfect launchpad for individuals eager to grow their expertise in cutting-edge medical technology while making a meaningful impact on patient care. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Account Management and Business Growth Develop and execute strategies to meet patient implant and revenue goals, driving the success and adoption of CVRx technologies. Build and nurture relationships with healthcare clients, including hospitals and clinics, to foster long-term partnerships.

Master the complex physiological and technical principles behind CVRx therapies to effectively communicate their benefits. Support the sales process by delivering product demonstrations and training healthcare professionals on implantable devices. Present CVRx devices to cardiologists, hypertension specialists, and surgeons, ensuring they understand the clinical advantages and applications.

Provide hands‐on support during implant procedures, follow‐ups, and troubleshooting to ensure successful patient outcomes. Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities through upselling and cross‐selling additional products. Represent CVRx at industry trade shows, conferences, and customer events to generate leads and increase brand visibility.

Address client feedback and resolve issues promptly to maintain satisfaction and trust. Contribute to achieving and surpassing monthly and quarterly sales targets. Sales and Revenue Growth and Market Analysis Execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue objectives.

Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to drive consistent sales growth. Stay updated on market trends and competitive activities to identify strategic opportunities. Provide input on advertising, promotional materials, and sales collateral to ensure alignment between Marketing and Sales.

Collaboration and Innovation Partner with CVRx sales leaders to identify unique customer needs and uncover new sales opportunities. Collaborate with R&D teams by offering customer feedback on existing products, enhancements, and future innovations. Support contract negotiations to solidify partnerships and drive business success.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, TRAINING AND JOB EXPERIENCE BS/University degree in health sciences or engineering, or a combination of experience and education may be considered in lieu of a degree. Comfortable knowledge of disease states that affect the heart (cardiology, cardiovascular, heart failure, etc.). Specific heart‐failure experience will be prioritized.

Well‐developed interpersonal skills and ability to effectively manage relationships with key customer groups and CVRx staff. Demonstrable ability to master concepts of a medical & surgical nature and that of active implantable medical device technology. Professional and effective written and verbal communication skills; persuasive communication, excellent presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Technical skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Salesforce or other CRM. Natural ability to influence, self‐confident, resilient, and able to help resolve complex problems. Independent, self‐motivated, self‐starter with an entrepreneurial spirit.

Resilient and open to change, motivated by opportunities for growth and maturity. High desire to keep moving forward, be successful and win. Valid state driver's license without limitations on use.

Reliable personal transportation. Valid proper identification for domestic air travel in the US. Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory at least 4 days per week.

PREFERRED EDUCATION, TRAINING AND JOB EXPERIENCE Advanced degree preferred. Specific heart‐failure experience will be prioritized. Healthcare and relative clinical experience is preferred.

Solid understanding of neuromodulation devices and how they work. Some knowledge of the specific device market with clear understanding of competitive devices, strategies, advantages/disadvantages as they relate to CVRx devices. Experience working through medical device insurance approvals / pre‐approvals process.

Ability to interact with R&D to represent customer perspective in order to provide input on product enhancements and new product development. WORKING CONDITIONS This position is remote‐based and requires the candidate to live within the specified region. This position will require interfacing with multiple internal departments and physicians, investigators and customers.

Must be able to lift up to 10 lbs. Ability to travel 60‐75% or more; some overnights may be required. May be required to be fully vaccinated against the COVID‐19 virus and other diseases.
