Key Responsibilities
  • Provide ethical and compassionate mental health counseling to clients via a secure video chat platform, ensuring adherence to professional standards and guidelines.
  • Assess the behavioral and mental health needs of stable, low-acuity adult clients, and create individualized therapy goals and objectives in a tailored individual therapy plan.
  • Utilize evidence-based and solution-focused treatment modalities to facilitate positive outcomes for clients, tracking progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
  • Help clients gain insights into their experiences, emotions, and relationships, fostering their personal growth and self-awareness.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our therapists work primarily with stable, low-acuity adults. The client population is diverse, and therapists are encouraged to leverage their unique skills to meet varied mental health needs. Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree or higher in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
  • Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist (PsyD) in the state of Oregon.
  • Ability to practice independently without supervision is essential.
  • Free from any disciplinary actions on licensure.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, combined with a genuine empathy for clients.
  • Familiarity with recent developments in psychotherapy and mental health care.

Compensation and Benefits
