Job description

This role will be remote, working with offices directly in West Michigan; ideal candidate would be based in the Lansing, Kalamazoo, Battle Creek or Grand Rapids areas

Our Outside Sales Representatives are responsible for selling Lytle Medical devices and educating physicians, clinicians and patients on our medical devices that are clinically proven to improve the quality of life for Lymphedema patients.

This role will be remote, working with offices directly in West Michigan; ideal candidate would be based in the Lansing, Kalamazoo, Battle Creek or Grand Rapids areas

If you’re a driven self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset—and the opportunity to launch a new product that expands access and improves care for an underserved lymphedema population excites you—this is the role for you.

Responsibilities

Conducts full-cycle consultative sales (prospecting, scheduling and attending meetings, product demonstrations, in services, closing and follow-up).

Works with physicians, therapists and other clinicians to increase awareness and educate on our device and garment selection for treatment of Lymphedema

Provides in-home product demonstrations on our devices for patients and assist them with questions when required

Part of a sales team that works together with sales strategies and execution to surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals

Assists in providing customer support through training and education in disease state, treatment protocols, reimbursement requirements, etc.

Compliant with all appropriate regulatory requirements, including HIPAA

Other duties may be required to develop referral base

Qualifications

Education & Experience

Required:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combined education and work experience (4 years)

1+ years of outside sales/inside sales experience is Preferred OR

2+ years of patient facing clinical experience OR

Entry Level Self Starters will also be considered

Preferred:

Outside sales experience with in-person product demonstrations

Demonstrated success interacting with patients, customers, and clinicians

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Excellent interpersonal, communication and time management skills

High achiever mentality, including persuasiveness, assertiveness and persistence

Resourceful self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit

Ability to travel/drive within the territory as well as outside of the territory for conference, trainings, etc.

Ability to lift 20 pounds
