• Deliver individualized clinical counseling services through telehealth platforms, engaging with patients to address personal, psychological, and interpersonal challenges.
• Craft personalized treatment plans based on thorough psychiatric evaluations and ongoing assessments, ensuring alignment with each patient's unique needs.
• Collect and analyze bio-psycho-social data through interviews, case history reviews, and observational assessments to establish accurate diagnoses.
• Utilize evidence-based practices in therapy sessions, evaluating the effectiveness of treatment and making necessary adjustments to enhance patient progress.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of therapy sessions, treatment plans, and patient interactions compliant with medical coding and ethical standards.

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will work with a varied patient population, including children, adolescents, and adults facing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. • A valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California is required.
• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is mandatory.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is needed to ensure the safety and well-being of our clients.
• Demonstrated knowledge of medical coding, research methodologies, and documentation practices related to mental healthcare.
• Strong ability to work autonomously while navigating a high-demand and dynamic work environment.

A minimum of three years of experience in mental health counseling is essential to be considered for this role. Candidates with prior experience in community healthcare settings and familiarity with telehealth practices will be given preference.
