Project/Program Manager - Marketing Operations (Hybrid)
Our team is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project/Program Manager to lead complex initiatives within our Marketing Operations function. This hybrid role, based in Mountain View, CA, requires an individual with exceptional process knowledge, a proven ability to manage high-level stakeholders, and outstanding communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Marketing and thrive in an environment focused on efficiency and strategic execution.
Key Responsibilities
Program and Project Management
  • Lead and manage end-to-end program lifecycles for strategic marketing initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Develop, document, and relentlessly optimize marketing operational processes. This includes mapping current state, identifying bottlenecks, and designing scalable future-state processes.
